Patient Information
Appointments
Patients are seen on an appointment basis only. Please remember to keep your appointment as the practice charges for missed appointments. Give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment as this will allow us to offer your appointment to another patient who may have an emergency and can then be seen more quickly.
Patients not giving at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of their appointment will be charged.
Emergencies
Dental emergencies for registered patients will be attended to as soon as possible, usually on the same day. Please call the practice from 9am so that we can accommodate you on the same day. We will always attempt to ensure that you can be seen by your usual dentist, however this may not always be possible and you may be seen by a different dentist for your emergency appointment.
We welcome your feedback regarding your treatment and how you feel about the service that we offer. Please feel free to email your comments and any suggestions on how we could improve your experience. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us to request a copy of our Practice Complaints procedure.
Disabled Access
The practice has stair-free access to the downstairs surgery with disabled access and a disabled toilet.
